    Terms and Conditions

    This website is owned and operated by Erinbay Holdings Pty Ltd. By accessing this website and/ or placing an order or requesting a delivery you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions you may not use or access this website. Any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions or subsequent issues should be directed to:

    Cook for Me is a family business- we will not disclose or share your details with any third party.
    We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and is bound by the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988(Cth) and the Privacy Amendment Act (Private Sector) Act 2000.

    We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. Access to Personal Information is restricted to employees and authorised service providers who need it to perform their work.
    You may request at any time to have your personal information updated. You can check the information which we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

    We will give you the opportunity to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.


    By signing up to our website and purchasing products from ‘Cook for Me’, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of sale, which apply to all transactions on www.cookforme.com.au. Signing up to the service means we must have the following information:

    • Your address, including the postcode of the billing address associated with the payment card.
    • Contact telephone number/s.
    • Your email address
    • Delivery instructions
    • Payment details such as credit card details

    There shall be two stages of order confirmation. The first shall be the ‘on screen confirmation’ immediately after the payment has been received, and the second shall be an email to confirm your full order details. We do not hold your payment details from any previous orders. Therefore, every purchase at ‘Cook for Me’ shall require new payment details entered. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure.

    Product Prices and Payment

    The price of goods charged shall be as quoted on the web site at the time you confirm your order with us. Excluding any inadvertent technical error on pricing, we will honour any prices as published at the time of placing your order. Your credit card shall only be charged for items dispatched to you. If you order a large portion size of a meal and it is not available then we will endeavour to supply the same number of total portions but in smaller tray sizes. Your card will not be charged extra if the price of these smaller trays is greater than the ordered amount. Our minimum order for free delivery in the delivery zone is $45.

    We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal. Your card will be charged the in advance for the full value of the total order. Your order is only confirmed when you receive an order confirmation and payment confirmation.

    We reserve the right to refuse orders from customers at our discretion. We reserve the right to amend or refuse the sale, if the payment is not received prior to delivery day. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Your credit card number will not be stored once payment has been successful. Cash and cheque payments are accepted by arrangement for meals collected from Eat It Mona Vale Café in Mona Vale.


    Delivery is on a Thursday evening between 6pm and 9pm.We currently only deliver within the specified zone- see map. We require your order a minimum of 24 hours prior to your delivery. We offer free delivery on orders over $45 within our delivery zone. Delivery days are subject to temporary change during special events local to you and on public holidays. If you require us to access secure parts of your home or building in order to deliver Cook for Me, please notify us of this at the time of placing your order. If we are not able to access the delivery point due to changes, we will contact you to find another alternative. If we are unable to deliver in such circumstances, we reserve the right to charge you for the delivery.

    Due to circumstances beyond our control, sometimes our deliveries experience unexpected delays. In the event we are not able to deliver your meals, we will either dispatch the goods again or make a full refund. We shall not be liable for any non- delivery placed within 24 hours of scheduled delivery. Any liability due to non- delivery of orders placed within 24 hours of scheduled delivery will be limited to replacing the order or issuing a credit note.


    We guarantee your meals will be delivered frozen and suggest placing them in the freezer as soon as you can. It is your responsibility to check the agreed location is out of the sun and secure. We recommend you leave an esky in the agreed location to store your meals. Pre- arranged, we can leave your meals in a polystyrene box. We would require a $5 deposit for the box that would be refunded once the box is returned. We recommend you place the meals straight into the freezer when they are delivered. We suggest you take your meal out of the freezer and place it in the fridge to defrost naturally before consuming.


    If you suspect or have reason to believe your delivery has been stolen, please let us know immediately. Theft of Cook for Me from the delivery address shall not be deemed as the fault of Cook for Me or the courier. Alternative arrangements will need to be actioned to prevent it happening again.

    Complaints and Returns Policy

    If you do have any reason to believe you are entitled to a refund please contact us at enquiries@cookforme.com.au. Because we are a small company, you can be assured that any complaint will be dealt with quickly, confidentially and effectively. We will contact you within 2 working days and will do everything we can to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible. All complaints are recorded and systems and procedures reviewed and amended.

    Cancellation of orders

    You have the right to cancel your order up until 5p.m. the day before delivery. You must cancel by telephone. We reserve the right to pass on the card handling fee charge by our payment processor for issuing a refund.


    We are the owner of all intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, trademarks and copyright) in our website. Unauthorised duplication or publication of any materials including but not limited to text, logos, information, graphics, recipes, photographs, content, images, layout, button icons, blogs, brochures and all software compilations and software is prohibited. You must not use any part of the materials on our website, services or e-commerce facilities for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us. If you print off, copy or download any part of our website in breach of the Terms and Conditions, your right to use our website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. You are not permitted to copy, publish or use any of the content in any way, whether personal or commercial without our prior written permission.
